Mike and Sandi Godfrey

Mike is a retired teacher and coach with over 30 years of experience. In 2019, he became a certified John Maxwell leadership trainer and coach. Today, through Revive Ranch, Mike continues to live out his calling—walking alongside pastors, providing space for reflection, and helping them rediscover the joy of ministry.

His wife, Sandi, is a registered nurse with a servant’s heart and a natural gift for giving. Married for 32 years, she plays a supportive role in the work of Revive Ranch, sharing Mike’s heart for ministry and offering care and encouragement to those they serve.

Our Vision

Revive Ranch exists to serve those who serve others.

Pastors and ministry leaders are called to a high and holy work—but they are also human. Ministry can be isolating, exhausting, and relentless. Too often, leaders run on empty simply because there’s nowhere safe to pause, breathe, and reconnect with God.

Our mission is simple:
To provide a peaceful place and a prayerful atmosphere where those in ministry can rest without pressure, restore what’s been depleted, and be revived to continue the work God has called them to—with renewed strength and clarity.

Statement of Faith

We believe:

The Bible is the Word of God—inspired by God and the authority for faith and daily living.

There is only one God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—in Jesus Christ, born of the virgin Mary.

In Jesus’ atoning death through His shed blood and His bodily resurrection.

Man is lost and separated from God and can do nothing to merit salvation.

Salvation comes by the grace of God alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone.

Position on Marriage

We believe that marriage is the union of one man and one woman, which was designed by God. Genesis 2:24 states, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” Jesus Christ affirmed this in Matthew 19:4-6.

We will follow this scriptural definition of marriage in the practices of this ministry and, therefore, will not host or solemnize any marriage other than the union of one man and one woman, according to God’s design.
